Cannon Water Technology – Return Policy
1. Authorization Required
All returns must be authorized by Cannon Water Technology. Please call +1 800-230-1426 or email csd@cannonwater.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) before shipping any items back. Returns without an RA# will not be accepted.
2. Return Shipping & Restocking Fees

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

A 15% restocking fee applies to most returns.

If the product manufacturer charges a higher restocking fee, that higher fee will apply.
3. Defective or Dead on Arrival (DOA) Items
-
Cannon Water Technology will replace defective or DOA equipment with the same or equivalent item within 30 days of receipt.

If items are on backorder, the 30-day replacement period begins once the full order is received.

Shipping charges will only be reimbursed when the item is confirmed defective or DOA.
4. Product Condition Requirements

All returns must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition with all parts, manuals, and accessories included.

Items returned missing components or not in resalable condition will incur a 25% reconditioning fee.
5. Eligibility

Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from Cannon Water Technology.

We do not accept returns for products purchased through third-party distributors.
6. Time Limits

Returns received within 60 days of purchase are eligible for refund (subject to fees).

Returns received after 60 days may qualify for store credit only.
7. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality reasons, the following cannot be returned for credit under any circumstances:

Equipment that has been installed or used.

Products exposed to water, chemicals, or other fluids.

Custom or special-order products.
