Monitor your diaphragm pump or peristaltic pump feed (flow) rate.
Features:
Flow Verification Sensor installs directly on Blue-White dosing pumps.
Easy, three wire connection made in the pump's junction box.
No Special connectors to buy.
No calibration required.
Detect a clogged injector.
Detect an empty chemical tank.
Detect a lost of prime condition.
Six flow ranges available.
How does it work?
The
Micro-Flow FVS (Flow Verification Sensor) can be connected directly to the A-100NV or the C-1100V metering
pumps. The pump's electronics will continuously monitor the Micro-Flow FVS to ensure chemical
injection. If chemical should fail to inject, the pump will stop and an alarm relay will close allowing for remote
alarm indication or initiation of a backup pump
Connected to A-100NV peristaltic pump
What are the wetted materials?
Body = PVDF
Paddle = PVDF
Axle = PVDF
Lens Cap = PVC (clear)
O-ring seals = Viton
Compression seal to pump = PVC
Connected to C-1100V diaphragm pump
Does the sensor have to be mounted directly on to the pumphead?
No. The Micro-Flow FVS can be installed using the 3/8" tube compression fittings that
the sensor ships with. Due to the different feed characteristics of the diaphragm and peristaltic pumps, the
sensor must be installed on the:
Discharge (outlet) side for diaphragm pumps.
Suction (inlet) side for peristaltic pumps.
