EXPERIENCE Over 30 years water treatment experience serving industrial, commercial and institutional facilities.  Sacramento City College instructor on water treatment for heating and cooling water systems since 1987.   The first water treatment representative in California to be licensed by Cal-EPA to apply biocides and algaecides to cooling water systems.  Has successfully provided start-up water treatment equipment and service to over fifty-percent of all new construction projects in the Sacramento-Placer Counties for past twenty five years.
