With injection ranges from 1:4000 to 1:10, the new SuperDos™ Professional line of injectors continues Dosmatic's® unmatched commitment to quality and reliability, while providing the industry's widest range of operational specifications. The SuperDos™ has the lowest Low Flow and highest High Flow of any comparable water-driven injector, with the lowest pressure loss.

The SuperDos'™ housing is constructed of cutting edge composite fiber materials that are compatible with most chemicals and acids, so there is no need to pay extra for PVDF plastic. This also results in an exceptionally strong body and cover, allowing for some of the industry's highest operating pressure capabilities.

Dosmatic is proud to present their newest addition to their product line, the MicroDos.

True to its name it is micro sized yet still a true, non electrical, water driven, proportional injector! The smallest most compact yet fully loaded injector on the market. Amongst its virtues is it is quiet in operation, externally adjustable injection ratios and consistently accurate at all flows and operating pressures, with very thorough blending of water and injected materials.

The new MiniDos™ Professional series has raised the bar for non-electrical, water-driven, proportional injectors. Many years of customer feedback and comments culminated in the next generation of injectors with:

Increase your productivity and your profit, with the newly re-engineered "T100 Hybrid" Injector. Its design changes include more rugged internal mechanisms as well as NEW and larger hybrid bearings with marine lubricants, enabling the T100 Hybrid to perform at peak operating conditions for greatly increased operational hours or gallons and reduced maintenance. With either a single or dual head and while operating at pressures from 15–120 psi, the T100 Hybrid applies acids, fertilizers, herbicides and pesticides accurately at varying water flows and dosing ranges.

The T200 Hybrid™ has been developed out from the smaller model T100 Hybrid, with all the features and benefits but with the added advantage of having a flow rate of 200 gpm /12,000 gph / 288,000 gp24hrs – 1,000 m³ /day – a staggering volume of water. The ruggedness and performance of this product is due to the recent design changes, including more robust internal mechanisms with larger hybrid bearings and marine lubricants. These changes enable the T200 Hybrid™ to perform at peak operating conditions for enormous operational hours or gallons and with reduced maintenance.

Mix Pro II and Mix Pro EA

Dosmatic U.S.A./International, Inc. is excited to be in the unique position of unveiling a new Mix Pro II and Mix Pro EA line of non-electrical, water driven proportional fertilizer injectors.

Dosmatic USA/International, Inc. has designed a fertilizer injector especially for the garden center: the Mix Pro, which is available in two models, Mix Pro II (factory preset at 1:100) and the Mix Pro EA (external adjustment from 1:50 to 1:100).

The Mix Pro is ideal for any garden center or retail location because it has the flow range to handle one hose and it is very cost effective.

"The Barrel Adapter"

Dosmatic is proud to announce the newest accessory to our successful product line. The adapter will fit any standard drum up to 55 gallons/208L. Set up and removal is quick and easy, requiring only common hand tools. because it is compact and a universal adapter, it can be easily moved from barrel to barrel if necessary, eliminating the need to transport the drum from location to location. This adapter is available for use with our entire product line. Included in this kit is an extra long suction hose that will reach to the bottom of a 55 gal./208L barrel. As with all our injectors, there is no need for electricity, which allows the user to take the adapter and unit to any location with a water source.

Twist II Clean™ Sunscreen

Dosmatic U.S.A., Inc., is proud to announce the newest value added accessory to our Twist II Clean™ back flushing filter. The new sunscreen will block out harmful sun rays eliminating algae growth on your filter screen and filter bowl. Simply slide the sunscreen over your filter bowl; there is no need to stop the system. This simple and easy solution allows you to quickly and easily check the filter to see if it needs to be cleaned, maintaining the efficiency of the system.
