The economical Model 1575 Controller can be used in cooling tower, chill loop,
condensate, and
boiler applications. In fact, this controller can be removed from one application and placed in another simply by changing the attached conductivity sensor.
User-friendly and menu-driven operation monitors conductivity, a
flow switch, two water meters, and two drum switch inputs"all
standard features. The 1575 can also control biocides or
scheduled chemical feeds, using up to three relays for chemicals.
It even comes with a ball valve delay feature"allowing accurate control of motorized ball valves.
In other words, no add-on options are required. Even monitoring
conductivity using a chart recorder or programmable logic controller (PLC) is easy with the built-in 4-20 mA output feature.
The rugged Model 1575 was designed with a single circuit board for reliable operation.
The large shallow enclosure allows easy access to the controller electronics. If your
application requires conduit installation, the removable power cord and receptacles make
wiring easy. Heavy-duty stainless steel domed numeric switches improve the tactile
sensing and life expectancy of the keypad.
If you use any of our Lakewood Instruments 2000 Series controllers, you will recognize
and appreciate the same illuminated graphical display and numeric keypad which make the Model 1575 so easy to program.
