Ryan Herco Flow Solutions is committed to being a valuable partner in the growth of our company. They provide
knowledgeable people who provide prompt, courteous, error-free service.
Ryan Herco water treatment products has been a part of the fluid handling business since they started the company in
1948. The company's product line has evolved to include more thermoplastic fluid flow products. The widespread acceptance of plastic pipe, fittings, valves, and
peristaltic pumps further established Ryan Herco Products as a leading specialty distributor.
Their experience working with fluid flow water treatment products helped shape our product line and services we offer.
We recognized a growing need for product and application information, plastic fabrication, systems knowledge, and value added services.
In response, they developed a trained sales team dedicated to helping customers solve water treatment fluid flow
problems.
Today, Ryan Herco Products is a leading distributor of corrosion-resistant fluid flow water treatment products in the

Ryan HERCO LIFT PUMP LIFT STATION FEATURES
* Automatic chemical metering pumping stations and peristaltic pumps economically collect and
transfer corrosive wastes from production machines or laboratory sinks where gravity drains cannot be used.
* As liquid waste enters the holding tank, its level is sensed by the Flowline level control. The
liquid will rise to a predetermined level where the control actuates the peristaltic pump. As the liquid level drops, the level control sensor shuts the off pump.
* To install, you simply connect the incoming liquid waste line to the inlet (***an optional basket
strainer is recommended) and the discharge line to the outlet, and have a qualified electrician wire power to the pump.
SPECIFICATIONS
* Standard materials of construction include a high-density molded Polyethylene holding tank, CPVC
single-phase peristaltic pump with Viton® O-ring, Polypropylene level controls and cover, stainless steel fasteners and non-metallic vapor seal gaskets, clear PVC level
window/access port.
* Other materials available including CPVC, PVDF, Polyethylene and PVC. Contact your Ryan Herco
Products Service Center for assistance.
* NOTE FOR D.I. (Deionized) WATER APPLICATIONS: RF capacitance level technology may not be
