The Boiler-Matic 3000 boiler controller maximizes boiler treatment equipment efficiency by intermittently sampling surface blowdown water at operator-selected intervals, measuring the conductivity of the boiler water. It maintains desired conductivity levels by closing the blowdown valve when conductivity is below setpoint, and keeping the valve open if conductivity gets too high, repeating the sampling schedule until desired conductivity is reached.
