APPLICATION
CWT BW573 should be applied as early in the system as possible, following any mechanical deaeration available. The product must be fed continuously to the
boiler feed water or process steam to provide proportional treatment. CWT BW573 may also be used to de-chlorinate water.

Dosage & Feeding
CWT BW573 should be applied at 17 to 18 ppm per ppm of oxygen to be removed, plus enough to result in a control level, or residual, for testing and control of the program.
For dilution feeding of CWT BW573, use the best available quality water under 100o F. The use of a chemical metering pump to feed neat, directly from the shipping
container, is preferred. The feed lines should be corrosion resistant material, such as polyethylene or stainless steel. A stainless steel injector should be used to
introduce the neat liquid beyond the internal walls of the piping.
Handling & Precautions
CWT BW573 is mildly irritating to skin, eyes, nose, and throat. Do not take internally. Do not use in potable water systems. Avoid prolonged contact with
skin. If skin and eyes are affected, flush with plenty of water and obtain medical attention. Keep container closed when not in use. Suggested in-plant
storage is 6 months. Refer to Material Safety Data Sheet for additional safe handling information.
