Residential Drain Lines

Preventive Maintenance Treatment:

Mix 2 ounces (1/4 cup) of Maintainer to 32 ounces (4 cups ) of warm water. For preventing future buildup of grease blockages, apply once per month to household drains. Maintainer is most effective as an overnight treatment

Fast Start Treatment

Maintainer may also be used as a "fast start" treatment for first time treatment of drains. Mix 8 ounces (1 cup) of Maintainer to 32 ounces (4 cups) of warm water and apply directly to the drain. Additional applications may be as described above.

Commercial Drain Lines And Down Pipes

For slow running drains, add 4 ounces of Rejuvenate Drain and Grease Trap Treatment for every inch of drain line diameter into each drain for the first two weeks. Very slow drains may require additional product or extended treatment. Do not run water down drains for 3-4 hours after treatment. Treat each drain daily with 1.5 to 2 ounces of Rejuvenate Drain and Grease Trap Treatment for every inch of drain line diameter. Longer lines may require larger dosages.

For best results, use Rejuvenate Drain and Grease Trap Treatment in conjunction with a Timed Flow Meter. One Minute dispenses 5 ounces of product.

Grease Trap / Interceptors

For traps less than 150 gallons in capacity add 5 ounces of Rejuvenate Drain and Grease Trap Treatment daily. for larger grease traps add 12-25 ounces or more per day in the sink or drain nearest the trap or under the main sink in the kitchen. Additions should be done during the evening or the lowest flow period. For drains with low water flow, mix Rejuvenate Drain and Grease Treatment with 16 ounces (one pint) of warm water or follow treatment with 16 ounces of warm water.

For best result, use Rejuvenate Drain and Grease Trap Treatment in conjunction with the Time Flow Meter. One minute dispenses 5 ounces of product.

Septic Systems

Add 16 ounces (one pint) of Maintainer per 200 gallons of septic tank capacity for initial treatment. Pour into toilet and flush or add to drain lines throughout the dwelling. Follow-up treatments of 8 ounces per week or 32 ounces (one quart) per month.  Consider using our In-tank Toilet Bowl Cleaner or Urinal Blocks to deliver a continuos supply of the BioLine product.
